Terms of service

Breakwater is currently offered to a small number of design partners. These terms keep things simple while we build together.

The service

• Access is by invitation, per the agreement with your organization.
• Breakwater monitors publicly available AI answers and provides analysis; it does not manipulate, suppress, or artificially influence any platform.
• Scores and classifications are analytical judgments over sampled answers — decision support, not legal advice.

Your data

• Your questions, positions and settings remain yours. On leaving, your workspace is deleted on request.
• You agree not to share access outside your organization or attempt to access other clients' workspaces.

The usual

The service is provided as-is during the pilot, without warranty. We may update these terms as the product matures and will notify account holders when we do. Questions — use the contact form.
